Company
Brighton Cromwell is a leading small-business supply chain integrator that serves the defense market and other industries. Brighton Cromwell was founded in 2002 by Bill Van Etten (founder Williams & Watts/Procurenet) as a consulting firm which specialized in helping companies do business with the Department of Homeland Security. In 2004, Bill brought his sons and family friend into Brighton Cromwell and changed the focus of the company to supporting after-market parts for the US Military. Bill unfortunately passed away in 2005, but not before helping lay the important groundwork.
Brighton Cromwell has developed a competitive advantage with our leading edge proprietary technology suite, SEDNA, which includes SEDNASearch™. SEDNASearch™ is our patent pending sourcing technology that enables us too quickly and accurately source any part the DoD utilizes using our proprietary search process. SEDNA has allowed us to be a leader in adding value to both our customers and suppliers.
Since our inception we have been one of the fastest growing privately held defense contractors in the United States. Our systems have helped us do this, but most importantly we have talented people and strong basic beliefs.

Spirit of Entrepreneurship |
| We value new ideas and solutions and promote the sharing of ideas to make the company successful |
We look to each customer as a unique opportunity to succeed and work with them to ensure the highest level of customer support |
We recognize the need to evaluate every process within our company and believe that by looking inward first, we will avoid process stagnation |
Our company was founded by entrepreneurs on the basis that nothing is impossible if you commit yourself to winning, we can each embody this spirit |
These beliefs have helped us achieve our goal of becoming the leading systems integrator in providing parts support for the DoD. We are committed to delivering our services using this highly principled approach. As a service provider to America’s Soldiers, Airmen, Sailors, and Marines, we hold the public’s trust and we take this very seriously.
At Brighton Cromwell we strive to be model community citizens. We have recently partnered with both the New Jersey Department of Labor and the VA Hospital (CWT: Compensated Work Therapy) to provide jobs for military veterans. We have a “Hire Veterans First” initiative for many job openings at Brighton Cromwell. We take pride in our military and salute all the great sacrifices they have made for our country. In addition, we work with a non-profit school for the handicapped, Midland Adult Services (North Branch, NJ). Brighton Cromwell has partnered with Midland’s services to package high quantity small parts for the DoD. Brighton Cromwell is able to free up its own employees to work the bigger items at their facility and helps employ individuals with autism and other special needs in the New Jersey area. We are very passionate about these programs and encourage other businesses to get involved. We would be happy to talk to any of them about these programs and get them in touch with the right people.
